MILR / ESCP Europe Master in Management Program
The MILR/ESCP Europe Master in Management program allows students to get a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations degree from the ILR School at Cornell University and a Master in Management degree ("Master Grande Ecole") from ESCP Europe in just three years.
The three-year MILR/Master in Management will:
- provide students with an opportunity for an international experience that will advance their career goals and increase their marketability worldwide
- provide students with a limited knowledge in business and an integrated and functional perspective that will allow participants to gain a broad understanding of the concepts, opportunities, and challenges in international business.
- provide a practical, hands-on approach to business that will allow students to participate in internship and consultancy opportunities and gain transferable skills for today's global workplace.
In addition to the three-year MILR/Master in Management sequential degree program, students have the option of participating in an Exchange Program in Paris through the ESCP Europe.
The Exchange Program is a non-degree program with exchanges available for the summer, fall or spring semesters. If participating in the summer exchange, tuition is free for all ILR Graduate Degree students currently participating in the MILR degree program. In addition, there is the possibility of participating in a summer internship while taking courses at ESCP Europe.
Applicants from ESCP Europe for the sequential degree program should expect to fulfill all of the same requirements for graduate study as other applicants to the MILR program. Please review our admission requirements before submitting your application.
MILR/Master in Management sequential degree program students must complete a minimum of 30 credits which includes 6 core coureses, 6 concentration courses and at least 4 electives. If a student has already taken a core course at ESCP Europe, the student may waive that requirement. Please review the 1 Year MILR Degree Plan, and check the courses and curriculum page for more information about courses offered. Please note that with few exceptions, courses should be level 5000 or higher in order to be counted toward a Graduate Degree.
