Hao Zhang, MS/PhD
Hao Zhang joined Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 2011 as a MS/PhD student. His primary research focus is labor and employment relations, with special attention to China, and he has ongoing interest in globalization, development, political economy, production and work. He is currently working on two research projects. In one of them he looks into the production relocation from East to West China, and its implications for labor relations and labor politics. He has also started a research project on collective bargaining in China in general, and sectoral bargaining in particular. His publications have appeared in China and Germany, both in English and in Chinese.
