Rooms and equipment are only available for University associated events (classes, lectures, recruiting, etc.) and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests should be made to the proper contacts (see table below) at least 48 hours (excluding weekends) in advance. The earlier your request is made, the more likely we will be able to fulfill it.
Training on the classroom equipment is required before access to the equipment cabinets can be provided. Please submit a request to ILR CT to schedule a training session.
If you encounter difficulty with any equipment, please report malfunctions as soon as possible. Equipment problems may be reported to email@example.com or by phoning (607) 255-5484.

All fees for Non-Cornell affiliated and Cornell departments are designed to recover costs associated with the rental of a room for non-ILR School educational usage. These costs include staff costs for administration, security, lock-up; room set-up/break-down; short and long term maintenance & custodial care; equipment use, set-up & operation, etc. Fees for each room are listed on the individual description pages.

If you are holding an event in another building, you should contact their Classroom Technologies support team. University Scheduling also maintains a list of providers.
