Designed with company and union representatives, it includes an extensive analysis of that industry, company and union histories, an exploration of factors of competitiveness, changing labor relations, and company and union strategies for long-term economic success.

This two-day advanced industry education program combines an update on the brass and copper industry with introductory training on principles of business finance as well as personal financial planning; an examination of economic trends on international, national, regional and local levels; case studies of high performance workplaces; and an update on strategic issues of the company and the union from their representatives.

Connections: Succeeding in an Interrelated World

This one-day workshop is designed to provide participants with the knowledge to understand the dynamic impact of the information age and globalization. Participants examine the change in customer focus in a connected world, explore the effects of technology, and discover new ways of relating to internal customers.

Vision 2001: A Vision in Progress

This one-day education program focuses on how individuals and organizations manage change. The first part utilizes interactive theatre to examine the workplace effects of living in a competitive, dynamic world. The second part explores individual and organizational uses of strategic planning.
