Reservation Instructions
The ILR Codian Bridging service is only available to ILR faculty and staff and must be reserved no later than 2 business days in advance.
All individual video conferences (i.e. Buffalo video conference with Albany) must be facilitated through the Codian Bridge even if a connection to Ithaca is not needed due to bandwidth and security considerations.
Reservations should be made by submitting a Distance Learning Request. Please provide as many details as possible making sure to include at least one form of contact information for each participant.
The cost of the bridging service is $35 per hour, per site. So, in the example of a 1 hour video conference between Buffalo and Albany, the total bridging cost would be $70.
