Remote Access after Upgrading to Windows 7

Issue:

Remote desktop not working after office computer was upgraded to Windows 7
And the machine you are using is Windows XP.

Solution:

  1. Log into Windows XP with an Administrator account
  2. Visit this site http://support.microsoft.com/kb/951608 with Internet Explorer 
  3. Single Click on the Fix It button

5. Accept the license agreement and let the installer run. 

6. Restart your computer when prompted.
