Remote Access after Upgrading to Windows 7
Issue:
Remote desktop not working after office computer was upgraded to Windows 7
And the machine you are using is Windows XP.
Solution:
- Log into Windows XP with an Administrator account
- Visit this site http://support.microsoft.com/kb/951608 with Internet Explorer
- Single Click on the Fix It button
4. Select Run
5. Accept the license agreement and let the installer run.
6. Restart your computer when prompted.
