Purging Trashed E-Mail via Webmail:
Are you receiving emails from CIT stating your mailbox is close to its maximum size even though you've archived or deleted email? The trash may need to be purged. Here's how:
- Log into Webmail
- Take note of your Current Disk Usage percentage at the top-left of the window.
- Click the Purge link next to the Trash box; if no Purge link is available and your disk usage is still too high, you need to archive or delete more email.
- If all of the mail you previously deleted was in the Trash box, the purge should have reduced your current disk usage. If it's still not less than 81%, you need to archive or delete more email.
- If you need help archiving your email, please submit a request to desktop support.
