Have you had issues logging into your computer in the past?
Always keep these tips in mind when logging into your computer:
- Check the username; generally, it should be your NetID, e.g., jnt3
- Make sure the Caps Lock key is not on
- Type your password again slowly
- If all else fails, call Desktop Support @ 5-5484
