Have a print job that won't print?
Deleting the print job will allow other print jobs that have accumulated behind yours to print. Here's how:
Deleting print jobs:
- Find the printer icon in the area next to your computer's clock (the system tray), and double click it.
Click Start ? Printers and Faxes. Find the printer in your list of available printers and double-click it.
- The printer queue window will appear.
- Right-click the job you want to clear out and select Cancel. The print job should then disappear from the print queue window and queued jobs should resume printing.
