5/31/2007 - The issue with Blackboard has been resolved.  An issue with Blackboard course management is currently under investigation.  Users may experience problems connecting to Blackboard.  Estimated time to recover is unknown.

5/31/2007 - The issue with RedRover wireless service has been resolved.  An issue with RedRover wireless service is currently under investigation.  Users may experience problems connecting to RedRover wireless service.  Estimated time to recover is unknown.

5/30/2007 - On Saturday, June 2nd, at 9pm the Oracle Calendar Server will be taken down for maintenance.  The estimated up time is 9:00am Sunday (6/3) morning.  Users will not be able to access their calendars during this time. 

5/30/2007 - RedRover wireless maintenance from 5:00am - 7:00am, Thursday, May 31st.  All RedRover (RedRover, RedRover Secure, RedRover Guest) wireless networks will be unavailable during this time.

5/22/2007 - On the afternoon of Thursday, May 24th, an update to the Citrix application will be delivered to all ILR computers including ILR Extension.  This update includes necessary changes and new features.

Please restart (Start ? Shut Down ? Restart) your computer prior to leaving Thursday afternoon.  Or you may restart Friday morning.  The restart allows the needed updates to download and install.  Please remember that the update may take some time to install, so do not power off your computer during the installation.

5/14/2007 - FREE Intro to Oracle Calendar workshop to be held June 26th, 1-4pm, B04 CCC Building.  This course provides an overview of Oracle Calendar and covers the following topics: navigating the in-tray; working with meetings; scheduling a day event; creating a daily note; creating a task; viewing other calendars; creating groups; setting options; setting access rights; using an offline agenda.  Click here to register.  Full list of available workshops/courses offered by CIT here

5/10/2007 - The previously reported unplanned outage with Verizon Wireless cell phones has been resolved. 

5/9/2007 - UPDATE - Verizon wireless is still working on repairing the cut cable.  Users may still experience intermittent problems including receiving error messages that all circuits are busy.  Estimated time to recover is still unknown.

5/8/2007 - A Verizon cable has been partially cut by one of the Thurston Ave bridge construction crews.   Service to some Verizon Wireless cell phones is affected.  The estimated time to recover is unknown.

5/3/2007 - On Sunday, May 6th, from 8am - 2pm, the EZ-Backup service will be unavailable due to an upgrade. 

5/3/2007 - On Saturday, May 5th, the Oracle Calendar Server will be taken down at 9pm for maintenance.  Users will not be able to access their calendars while the server is down.  The estimated up time is 9am Sunday morning (5/6).  Other services impacted by this downtime include wireless synchronization of PDA and SmartPhone devices using SyncML, Consilient2 and NotifyLink wireless gateway services.
