Out-of-College Options for ILR Electives
Up to 16 credit hours outside of ILR may be taken towards fulfillment of the 40-credit hour advanced ILR elective requirement. These may include:
- Foreign language
- Advanced mathematics
- Approved courses from other colleges
In this section you will find a list of the courses from other colleges that have been approved to fulfill the advanced ILR elective requirement (the fourth category listed above). These course lists are organized by the approving ILR department:
- Labor Economics/Human Resources/International and Comparative Labor/Organizational Behavior
- Note: It is not required to take any out-of-college electives; the advanced elective requirements may be completely fulfilled with coursework inside ILR if desired.
