Internship Description
The intern will be exposed to a broad range of areas of the consulting environment, and specifically, to analytical and strategic work. The intern will support consultants on a variety of client and research projects. Anticipated client projects include: staff and/or executive compensation assessments and program design, incentive plan review and design, and organizational effectiveness audits and planning. Internal research projects include assistance with the Higher Education Executive Compensation initiative and other specific human capital marketing and research activities. Sibson hopes that interns will serve as a pipeline for future associates in the practice.

Skills Needed
Excellent written and oral communication, initiative, interact well with staff at all levels, and computer applications for problem solving and communications. Strong quantitative aptitude to work in Excel is required, with abilities in statistics and database programs helpful. Ability to work quickly and accurately is required. Ability to work independently and in teams is important, as is the ability to work on multiple projects in the same day and week.
