Directions to Rochester
From the East
1. The the NYS Thruway (Rte. 90) to Rochester ext #45, then take I-490 West.
2. Take the I-490 West through downtown to Broad Street - Plymouth Avenue exit.
3. Turn right on Main Street to North Fitzhugh Street.
4. Turn left on Fitzhugh Street to enter the Sister Cities Parking Garage.
From the West
1. Take the NYS Thruway (Rte. 90) to LeRoy/Rochester exit #47, then take I-490 East.
2. Take the I-490 to downtown and exit at Plymouth Avenue exit #13 (a left hand exit).
3. Turn right onto Plymouth Avenue, then make an immediate left onto Church Street.
4. Turn right on Fitzhugh Street, and then make a left into the Sister Cities Parking Garage.
Program participants should park in the Sister Cities Parking Garage. A pedestrian walkway from the third level of the Garage leads to the first floor of the Powers Building.
