Workplace Education Center

In the heart of downtown Buffalo, the ILR Workplace Education Center has a panoramic view of Western New York from its windows on the 12th floor of the Main Seneca Building. Fully equipped with advanced communication, information and distance-learning technology, this dynamic center of activity reaches out to our community and far beyond. Our classroom and conference space, connected globally by video teleconferencing, accommodates groups of up to 60 for courses, seminars and workshops. An electronic audience response system can be utilized for group research as well as for education and training. Our library is linked electronically with the Martin P. Catherwood Library on Cornell's main campus in Ithaca, bringing a world of information — along with the expertise to find it — to practitioners in Western New York.
