This program will explore a variety of ethical issues called into play in witness preparation, including the line between permissible preparation and impermissible coaching, dealing with false testimony, ex parte contact with adverse witnesses (including, through the use of social media) and advising your witnesses with respect to contact by opposing counsel, and deposition conduct (obstructionist/speaking objections, etc.).
