Course

Participants learn and practice creating a collective bargaining cost-sheet and adjusting it based on the ebb and flow of negotiations. Participants create the bargaining unit cost with rollup calculation and cost-out economic and non-economic proposals. Key learning features include practicing the costing implication of various collective bargaining decisions and understanding how to organize and use data to answer related questions in bargaining. Participants will practice costing throughout the 2 days, using actual collective bargaining agreements.
