Linda Cavanna-Wilk, Esq.

Linda Cavanna-Wilk, Esq., Of Counsel, New York Office of Ford and Harrison LLP, focuses her practice on employment law, representing management clients in all aspects of EEO law and administrative litigation, including employment discrimination, wrongful discharge matters, sexual and other forms of harassment, FMLA, FLSA, reductions-in-force, policy and procedure development and the development of employee handbooks.

John T. Herbert, Esq.

John Herbert, Esq., is a seasoned employment and labor lawyer, litigator, businessman and educator.

He has served as a partner with Epstein Becker and Green, a national employment and health law firm with offices in many major U.S. cities. John worked at the New York City and Newark, N.J. offices of the firm.

John also served as a senior lawyer, human resources and business executive with Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer Inc and Pitney Bowes Inc and has substantial labor relations, employment law, discrimination law, affirmative action, investigation, mediation, litigation and training experience. He has also served as a business advisor, consultant, coach and mentor.

He is an instructor with Cornell University’s ILR Executive Education Group and teaches labor relations, EEO and other courses offered by Cornell and has his own law firm. John has an undergraduate degree from Howard University and a JD from Seton Hall Law School. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar and Third Circuit of the United States District Court.
