One major, many career possibilities
For information on careers ILR graduates pursue, organizations that employ them, starting salaries, and the law and graduate schools students attend, please see our 2017 ILR Postgraduate Report.
One of the greatest strengths of a degree from ILR is that it prepares students for a variety of fields, including business, law, public policy, labor relations, non-profit work, government, and many other area. The ILR curriculum can also prepare students for a wide range of graduate schools. Every year, approximately 10% of graduates go directly to law school, while another 5-10% attend graduate programs in public affairs, business, economics, international relations, teaching, and other areas.
