Changing Your Union (Chapters 4/5/6) (LB004)

Your members elected you because they wanted a change so you better be ready to help them make it happen. This session will list all the functions of your union and how the Organizing Model can improve them. This session will pay special attention to the union’s finances, especially the complicated “who does/who pays?” relationship between locals, districts and international.
