Connie Chartrand, Executive Director, within Morgan Stanley Talent Development leads a global team responsible for the creation and delivery of leadership, management, professional, and financial product content. In her role, she works with HR and business leaders in creating talent development solutions that are practical, relevant, and enduring. Prior, she was the Chief Learning Officer for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. She received her Doctorate in Education, with a specialization in Adult Learning, from Columbia University in 2004, where she currently is an Assistant Adjunct Professor. Connie also serves on the Board of American Society for Training and Development, an international non-profit group.
