This one-day workshop trains you to effectively approach and facilitate difficult conversations with and between employees. The workshop, taught by renowned Cornell faculty and industry practitioners, is designed for supervisors, human resource managers, directors and executives, and other professionals responsible for managing employee relations. We also invite entire HR teams to participate.
