Healthcare Transformation Project
The Healthcare Transformation Project was created to assist union and management leaders establish innovative activities to improve patient care, establish needed organizational changes to control healthcare costs, and create ways for those who currently do not have healthcare coverage to obtain it.
Healthcare leaders can have access to innovative practices, appropriate technical assistance, and can learn from others involved in evidence based practices to improve the quality of health services in the United States and abroad. Building the capacity to redesign our current healthcare systems and sustain needed changes are critical outcomes of the project.
