LAW PRACTICE EXPERIENCE Broad-based state and federal court litigation experience, including management and supervision of cases. Areas of practice include appeals, arbitration, business torts, class actions, contract, corporate dissolution, employment, fraud, insurance, intellectual property, professional malpractice, securities, and white collar criminal defense. Conducted a trial in Manhattan Supreme Court and second-chaired a ten-day AAA arbitration. Trial experience includes direct and cross-examination of fact and expert witnesses.
