Francine Blau, ILR professor and Cornell’s Frances Perkins Professor of Industrial and Labor Relations and Labor Economics, will discuss "The Gender Gap: Going, Going … But Not Gone," at 10 a.m. Thursday in the BorgWarner Community Room of the Tompkins County Public Library, 101 E. Green St., Ithaca.  The event, free and open to the public, is sponsored by the Cornell Campus Club, the American Association of University Women and the Tompkins County Public Library.
