ILR Announces Jean T. McKelvey Neutral-in-Residence

October 7 2005

The Jean T. McKelvey Neutral-in-Residence (NIR) Program was created to honor the memory of this founding member of Cornell's School of Industrial and Labor Relations and to carry on her commitment to educational excellence. The Neutral-in-Residence program brings outstanding practitioners in the field of conflict resolution to the Cornell campus to share their expertise with students and faculty both in and outside the classroom.

This year's NIR individual is Bonnie Siber Weinstock, Esq. (ILR BS '75). Bonnie is an arbitrator and mediation of labor relations and employment disputes in the public and private sectors. Please read her complete vita (pdf).

Bonnie will be on campus Monday, October 24 through Wednesday, October 26. You have the opportunity to meet or get reacquainted with her over an informal continental breakfast scheduled for Tuesday, October 25 from 9:00 am - 10:00 am in the Doherty Lounge, Ives 280. If you are unable to stop by during this time and you would like to schedule an appointment to see Bonnie while she is here, please contact Theresa Woodhouse at 255-5028. She is also speaking in four ILR classes and meeting with students over meals.

Please make an effort to greet and meet Bonnie while she is here.
