New faculty join the ILR School

As preparations begin for the new academic year, ILR welcomes one of its largest cohorts of new hires. The five professors joining the faculty bring the total research and teaching staff to 48 and enhance the breadth and depth of ILR's workplace expertise.
Lisa Dragoni, Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Resource Studies. Lisa is currently an Assistant Professor at the Tippie Business School, University of Iowa. She graduated with a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Maryland in 2005.
Matthew Freedman, Assistant Professor in the Labor Economics Department. Matthew is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Maryland, Department of Economics. His research focuses on macroeconomics, labor economics, international finance, urban and regional economics.
Kati L. Griffith, Assistant Professor of Employment and Labor Law, Collective Bargaining, Labor Law and Labor History. Kati is a Skadden Fellow, a fellowship through the Skadden Foundation, and will join the ILR faculty after completing her fellowship. She graduated from New York University School of Law with a J.D. in May 2004; BA in 1997 from the College of the Holy Cross.
Kirabo Jackson, Assistant Professor in the Labor Economics Department. Kirabo is a Ph.D. candidate at Harvard University in the Department of Economics. His research interests include labor economics, public finance, economics of education, development, and applied econometrics.
Brian Rubineau, Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behavior Department. Brian is currently a Ph.D. candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management, in the Organization Studies Group. His research focuses on identifying and understanding the social dynamics that perpetuate inequalities within groups and organizations.
