Khushboo Jain

Khushboo Jain defines a new model of transparency.  Her model has three pillars  of transparency:  transparency in business practices, transparency in product practices, and transparency in people practices. Each pillar has three levels, where each level specifies issues on which transparency is needed. Using the cases of Apple, Hugo Boss, Fruit of the Loom and Nestle, she finds all four companies are still at a very basic level when it comes to meeting the new transparency standards.
