The target audience for these workshops is made up of both HR practitioners already implementing HR practices as well as those who are new to the HR function. The programs provide a foundation of professional HR knowledge. Workshop participants will have varying degrees of professional experience; they may be seasoned professionals looking to hone their skills in new content areas, in the early stages of their HR career, or looking to move to the next professional level.
