Elder Care Simulation (ECS)
"ECS BOARD OF DIRECTORS", an interactive diversity simulation exercise
The simulation, now offered to educators and trainers, is structured so that participants select (during three rounds) eight of twenty-two candidate profiles to form a board of directors for a hypothetical organization (ECS).
The simulation contains three decks of reusable, laminated profiles along with instructor's guide, presentation materials and suggestions for follow-up readings.
