Chief Diversity Officers Roundtable
An Innovative, Cutting-Edge Think Tank Promoting Dialogue, Research, and Advancement of the Diversity Profession
The Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) is fast becoming an integral part of the executive and leadership team in many organizations. The very fact that leading national and global organizations have recognized the need for such a role represents significant success for diversity and inclusion work.
To provide CDOs with a unique opportunity to be at the forefront in their ongoing learning and development and to contribute significantly and substantively to the development of the diversity profession, Cornell University’s ILR School has teamed up with a Chief Diversity Officers Board of Directors to launch an ongoing think tank – developed by CDOs for CDOs.
Benefits of the Chief Diversity Officers Roundtable:
- Access to and involvement with Cornell University’s research on diversity and inclusion
- Annual convening of Chief Diversity Officers for education, professional development, and networking
- Learning and development curricula developed by Cornell University faculty and Chief Diversity Officers Board of Directors
- Membership-restricted online learning community hosted by Cornell University
- Quarterly briefings on diversity and inclusion from Cornell University
