Organizational Change On-Site

Cornell ILR's organizational change experts provide a variety of on-site and consulting services. The Change Workshop On-Site

Bring a team of your organizational leaders together to plan or jump-start an existing change effort. At this one-day event, participants will learn about the dynamics of change and the critical functions they must play in their role as sponsors of change. In addition, participants will apply a common planning model to their own change effort, starting with defining in greater clarity their intended outcomes. Working with participants own case material, participants will identify their key leverage points and develop a linked set of change plans, testing whether the logic of these actions is likely to lead to the intended outcomes.

The content and length of this workshop can be modified to address specific change challenges in your organization. You benefit from a hands-on and applied approach, working through issues in your own organization, and supported by current theory and research.
