Management Development On-Site
Managing Performance
Managers need an effective means to manage performance in order to meet — and exceed — workgroup goals. Collaboratively setting performance goals with employees and providing fair and consistent feedback have proven to be the two main keys to effectively manage employees' performance. This on-site offering emphasizes understanding — and then practicing — the key elements of a productive and motivating performance management system. This workshop is one of our most frequently presented on-site programs. Key topics include:
- Overview of the performance management system
- Setting goals and performance planning
- Feedback and documentation
- Delivering an appraisal
- Employee development
