Collective Bargaining Facilitation Services

At times, the toughest negotiations take play away from the bargaining table, within your own team or with senior management. With ILR's Collective Bargaining Facilitation Services, the preparation and strategic thinking critical to productive and successful negotiations is enhanced and focused by trained facilitators who are experienced labor relations practitioners and negotiators.
