Change Leader Certificate - New!

This series of workshops is for directors and managers responsible for hands-on learning and organization of change efforts.

Change-Out

Custom-designed to work with your change team and key stakeholders to plan or address a change effort underway.  Sample content:  building the case for change, internal assessment of readiness, training in specific concepts to build common language, scenario-testing, or consultation with ILR faculty or experts in the change field in your industry. (one to three days; weekend retreat possible)

Future-Cast

Review industry trends and drivers for change.  Formulate your change challenge in crisp terms. (1/2 day or 2 days)

Time-Out Sessions

Designed for small groups engaged in a common change effort, Time-Out Sessions are structured dialogues, joining ILR faculty and your group to create an "exploration team" that trades experience and insight to generate new perspectives on your change dilemma. ILR faculty create a container supporting of inquiry, reflection, and renewed action, and complement the exploration with current organizational practice and research. Time-Out Sessions may be arranged on-site at your workplace, at our main campus, at any of our training centers, or at a place of your choice. Prices vary according to objectives and group size.
