Highly specialized knowledge is a prerequisite for working in the increasingly important field of equal employment opportunity. Workshops offered by Cornell ILR focus on developing your awareness of, and knowledge about, EEO laws and procedures while helping you acquire the interpersonal skills that enable you to handle these issues with more authority.
Four certificate programs build your knowledge and skill base in targeted EEO disciplines: EEO Studies, EEO Complaint Handling, Affirmative Action Studies, and EEO Public Sector Track.
