Diversity Management Certificate
Gain in-depth knowledge in an area that is increasingly complex, highly specialized, and important to organizations in creating a competitive workforce. A specialty in this area helps link diversity to organizational and work performance. This certificate requires the completion of seven workshops for a total of 78 units, plus a project.
New Project Requirement: Before earning this certificate, you must successfully complete a diversity-related project. The project must be on a current issue in diversity and related to your diversity work in your organization. It is your obligation to ensure that the project is turned in before being awarded the certificate and before you can take the certification exam.
