The Proactive Leader in Practice: Proactive Leadership Coaching

MD413    $1395.00
Scheduled dates:

Knowing all the leader models and best practices in the world won't prepare you to make them work for you, nor make you a successful leader. The key to success is in the doing. This unique certificate program provides participants the opportunity to learn the Proactive Leader model and skills, then to explore how they can be applied to their leadership situations and projects with coaching and application suggestions from Prof. Bacharach. More than another day in the classroom, this one-day mentoring session includes:

  • Practice your Proactive Leader skills
  • Discussion of successes and difficulties in implementation
  • Coaching to refine your Proactive Leader skills
  • Facilitated discussion of problem-solving and alternative approaches with peer participants from a variety of industries

Prerequisite

Participants in the Proactive Leader Coaching session must have participated in both Proactive Leader I and Proactive Leader II.

Who Should Attend

Leaders and managers at public, private, and not-for-profit organizations who are charged with devising and executing business plans, strategies, and corporate initiatives.

Instructor

Samuel B. Bacharach

Prior to the Proactive Leader Coaching session, participants are encouraged to forward questions regarding their real-world experiences using the Proactive Leader model to Prof. Bacharach.
