Management Programs

A critical part of the program is the fourth day follow-up to share your back-on-the-job experiences in applying the skills and strategies learned. You will be contacted after you attend the main workshop to sign up for the follow-up session that best suits your schedule. You will:

• Review progress on your development plans
• Explore career strategies to advance within an organization
• Discuss leadership skills necessary to become a senior manager, such as strategic thinking, influencing others, and political savvy
• Craft your next development steps
