Recent studies have shown that public sector managers have more restricted access to resources than do their private sector counterparts. Moreover, to access these resources they often need to work with governing bodies, constituents, elected officials, and other department heads who have a stake in the outcome. Successfully navigating through this requires analysis and one or more effectively executed strategies.
