Public sector managers often need to work with elected officials, members of the public, and other department heads who have a stake in the outcome. Using case studies from public administration, history, and political science, this workshop will focus on working pragmatically, constructively, and strategically with people and groups. This workshop will help you to:

  • Predicting behavior of your allies and others
  • Discovering and identifying the interests of stakeholders
