Business simulations produce powerful results for the learner. Immersed in an environment where business, interpersonal and leadership skills are tested participants recognize the impact of their actions and behaviors on business outcomes and relationships.

Returning to the workplace with a heightened awareness of self and motivation to change is a valuable business investment for high potentials. But simulation design should not be the only consideration of learning specialists.

Work on your simulation by first building a strategy map to identify business drivers and determine core and critical skills essential to achieving business strategies. Participants will then design their simulation framework using methods, tools and techniques that foster an optimal learning environment and provides pivotal experiences valuable to the business and learners.

Key Outcomes:

  • Learn the technique of building a business strategy map
  • Develop a simulation strategy
  • Outline your simulation “case”
  • Build your personal toolkit of assessments and simulation techniques
  • Develop on and off ramping for both participants and managers
  • Create a action plan

Who Will Benefit:
