Day-to-day operations require HR practitioners to demonstrate and act on knowledge about business strategies, goals, customers and finances. Analyzing and managing HR practices from a business perspective is core to being a strategic business partner.
Participants will work with finance experts to examine and interpret operational practices and levers that are commonly used to make business decisions.
