Day-to-day operations require HR practitioners to demonstrate and act on knowledge about business strategies, goals, customers and finances. Analyzing and managing HR practices from a business perspective is core to being a strategic business partner.

Participants will work with finance experts to examine and interpret operational practices and levers that are commonly used to make business decisions. Gaining insight to business operations and becoming conversant in the day-to-day language of line leaders will increase your confidence during business discussions and increase your impact with line leaders.
