Management Programs

Implementing a 360 Degree Feedback Process

This program currently has no scheduled dates. Find out more about how this program can be offered in-house at your organization.

An organization's leaders, managers, and supervisors need feedback to learn how they are doing and to improve their performance, especially on how well they are leading and managing other employees. Traditionally, such individuals received feedback only from the people to whom they report through the performance appraisal process. This one-dimensional process does not provide information on their interactions and relationships with peers, customers, and direct reports. The 360-degree feedback process was developed to fill this gap.  Upon completing this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Implement a 360-degree feedback process in your organizations
  • Select an appropriate 360-degree survey for your use
  • Analyze 360-degree results and prepare reports for managers
  • Provide one-on-one 360-degree feedback to managers
