About Cornell ILR
The ILR School is one of 13 academic units within Cornell University and is the country's premier institution for research, education, and outreach on employment-related issues and advancing the world of work. ILR's highly respected resident and extension faculty, undergraduate and graduate degree programs, outreach activities, library, and centers and institutes examine and serve the world of work from virtually every angle.
