Here is where you will find in depth articles about organizations. Be aware, though, that it is rare to find a substantive article about organizational behavior in a particular organization. Try searching your organization name combined with "culture" or "organization" or "organizational," etc.. See Finding Company-Specific Policies and Practices for more search tips.
