Restrictions on Collection Use
It is the policy of the Kheel Center for Labor-Management Documentation and Archives to encourage donors to deposit their records without restrictions on their use. In some instances, however, we are obliged to enforce restrictions as to access or publication specified by donors who would otherwise not make their papers available. The researcher who requests a restricted collection will be notified of the relevant restrictions and will be asked to agree to abide by them as a condition of use.
