It is also recommended to search Labordoc, which is produced by the Library of the International Labor Organization, when seeking material in fields associated with Industrial and Labor Relations.

The CUL Catalog will help you locate books and journal titles available at Cornell. (For contents of journals, see Find Databases - which includes article databases). Special Note: On the far right of the screen, you may want to "Set Search Limits". For example, you may want to limit your search to materials found only in the "ILR Library" by selecting this under "collection location."

Find e-Journals
Find e-Journals links to electronic journals licensed by Cornell University Library, which are only a portion of the resources available to you. If you want to find both print and electronic journals, use the Library Catalog. To find an e-journal, you can either Search or Browse.

Books in LEXIS (full-text electronic)
This page provides a selected list of full-text books available to the ILR School via LEXIS. This is not comprehensive. There are many more books available in LEXIS. These, however, are examples of books related to the world of work on topics related to human resources, labor & employment law, & more.

Specialized digital library of full-text documents from around the world on subject matter dealing with the workplace and social/political issues.

Labordoc
Produced by the International Labour Organization (ILO) - Labordoc contains references to a wide range of print and electronic publications, including journal articles, from countries around the world, on all aspects of work and sustainable livelihoods, and the work-related aspects of economic and social development and human rights. Labordoc provides an ever increasing number of links to online publications available on the Internet.

Labourline
From the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), this is a consolidated bibliographic database containing two main orientations. Presently, it comprises more than 20,000 references to documents focusing on industrial relations - ETUI Labourline - as well as more than 15,000 references to documents on health and safety issues - TUTB Labourline. The Centre has built up a unique collection of published and electronic material, covering European, international and comparative aspects of industrial relations, employment, labour market policies and social protection.

RLIN (Eureka Web)
RLIN, the Research Libraries Information Network, is an information management and retrieval system used by hundreds of comprehensive research libraries, archival repositories, museums, academic, public, law, technical, and corporate libraries to build an international database of bibliographic information. The RLIN database indexes books, journals, and other materials held by full-member RLG libraries.

WorldCat
OCLC WorldCat is a catalog of the holdings of books, journals, and other materials held by OCLC member libraries around the world. (OCLC is Online Computer Library Center.)
