View a summary from the event.
Lafe Solomon was named Acting General Counsel of the NLRB on June, 20, 2010, by President Obama. As the Board’s top official managing its investigative and prosecutorial functions, Mr. Solomon has tremendous discretion in how cases are handled in the regions and in litigating cases before the Board and the courts. In this forum, Mr. Solomon will present his vision on how the Act should be enforced and will listen to your thoughts on this subject. What new initiatives will he bring to the General Counsel’s office, and what will that mean for workers, employers, and the practice of law?
