Conversation with NLRB Chairman Marvin E. Kaplan (LEL804)

A Conversation with NLRB Chairman Marvin E. Kaplan
February 22, 2018, from 5:30-8:00 PM

In December, President Trump named Marvin E. Kaplan Chairman of the NLRB, after Chairman Philip A. Miscimarra left the Board.  The new Trump Board quickly issued several decisions, overturning Obama Board decisions - inclucing micro-bargaining units, civility handbook rules, joint employer, and unilateral changes in a CBA.

Join us, as Chairman Kaplan discusses his vision for the NLRB, followed by responses from:
Susan Davis, Partner, Cohen Weiss and Simon LLP, and
Eric Simon, Principal, Jackson Lewis PC
Moderated by Esta R. Bigler, Director, Labor and Employment Law Program, Cornell ILR
