In December, President Trump named Marvin E. Kaplan Chairman of the NLRB, after Chairman Philip A. Miscimarra left the Board. The new Trump Board quickly issued several decisions, overturning Obama Board decisions - inclucing micro-bargaining units, civility handbook rules, joint employer, and unilateral changes in a CBA.
