Anger Management in the Workplace

This program currently has no scheduled dates. For more information, please contact the regional office nearest you.

Increased demands, coupled with downsizing and uncertain futures, are causing stress and anger in today’s workforce. The ability to manage anger appropriately in the workplace goes a long way toward helping a person avoid confrontation and violence.

Participants in this one-day workshop will learn to identify their own anger management style, be able to recognize warning signs of anger or aggression in themselves and others, and better understand the relationship between anger and behavioral programs in the workplace so that difficult situations can be diffused before aggressive behavior occurs.

Key Topics

  • Recognize the causes of anger
  • Learn how anger works
  • Identify your physical response and coping style
  • Learn healthy ways to deal with anger
  • Learn how to cope with angry people

Who Will Benefit?
